1. Introduction

By utilizing the services offered by VP Solutions, Inc. (doing business as bulkimagegeneration.com), you acknowledge and consent to these terms and conditions, binding yourself to this agreement.

2. Subscription and Credits System

Our service operates on a subscription-based model where users purchase plans that include monthly credits. Credits can be used for generating AI images, enhancing existing images (including background removal and face swap operations), and other available features. Credits are automatically refreshed at the beginning of each billing cycle and unused credits expire at the end of each billing period.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Due to the immediate consumption of computational resources and high costs associated with generative AI technology, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. All purchases are final. You acknowledge that:

  • The Service incurs immediate costs upon generation of images
  • These costs cannot be recovered or reversed
  • No full or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew, and you will maintain access until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time or credits.

4. Usage Rights and Restrictions

Upon generating images through our service, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use these images for both personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring generated content does not violate third-party rights.

Prohibited uses include:

  • Generation of illegal, harmful, or discriminatory content
  • Creation of deepfakes without proper disclosure
  • Generation of content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain consistent service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to technical maintenance, system updates, or factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify features, adjust pricing, and update credit allocation with reasonable notice.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for the quality of generated images, specific outcomes or results, business losses or damages, service interruptions, or data loss/corruption. Our liability for any breach is strictly limited to the actual amount you paid for the services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology, remains our exclusive property. While you retain rights to use images generated through our Service, we maintain the right to use generated images for Service improvement. We do not claim ownership of your input images.

8. General Terms and Law

This Agreement is subject to the laws of the United States. Your use of the services does not establish any joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship with VP Solutions, Inc. VP Solutions, Inc. will not be held accountable for any representations, actions, or failures to act by you.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
